1) the title is Basketball Players Collage because i downloaded a couple of pictures of basketball players and made a collage. 

2) for this assignment i learned how to apply a background layer with an image with an Opacity change. i also learned how to Apply a CLIPPING MASK for the layer and 

All layers should be named appropriately Apply a LAYER MASK to one of my images
